Complaint and Dispute Resolution Procedure
  1. Complaint
    Dissatisfactions can be submitted either via email, WA or directly to LPH BBKFK. Complaints will be studied and followed up for resolution by LPH BBKFK.
  2. Dispute
    If there is a dispute related to the certification system, then the resolution will be done through deliberation, if there is no settlement then LPH BBKFK will resolve it in accordance with the applicable provisions.
